Where: Sleep Hollow Sports Park Banquet Hall, Des Moines Iowa.
When: March 10th, 2012 @ 5pm Why: For bowfishermen/women and their families to celebrate the sport and learn about upcoming club functions.
Cost: $25 Membership, $10 Meal
Whether you are a returning member, new member, or just getting started in the sport, come enjoy door prizes, Raffles, and food. We have many sponsors including Ams, Bowfishing Extreme, Ranger Joe’s, Bass Pro, Scheel’s, and Innerloc. The Club will provide Smoked chicken and pork. Please bring a side to share. There will be a bartender handling adult beverages and pop. Social hour starts at 5pm with food at 6pm. Following food we will begin presentation of the tournament schedule, officer elections, etc.

Mission Statement
· The Bowfishing Association of Iowa was established in 2001 by Jim Smith and Jeremy Leu.
· The B.A.I. is a non profit organization dedicated to bowfisher men and women across the state.
· The ultimate goal of the B.A.I. is to preserve, promote and protect the sport of bowfishing.
· In addition to this, our objective is to pull together bowfisherman around the state, share information, make new friends, and generate an interest to those who have never experienced just how fun bowfishing can be. · Having local tournaments, our own B.A.I. bowfishing records book, and an annual club outting are just a few of the things we have to offer.
